We took our dog after realizing we needed emergency help with her. She rarely is so trusting of people but to my surprise the doctor was very good and had her at ease and relaxed through the visit. We were very happy and would recommend highly thanks

Had never been here before but received expert care by expert staff and doctors. Took very good care of our pet and us in an emergency situation. Very reasonably priced. Most importantly, they were friendly, genuine and caring.

My mother's dog who visited lifetime, was brought in on a Thursday. She had requested an x-ray be done, had been quoted the price et cetera, the vet Barry calls to inform me he did an exam, not an x-ray, as requested. He says oh, haha I can say the healthiest thing is his ears. Then goes on with a laundry list of medical issues, to be expected since the dog is 13 yo. Accuses someone of filing down his teeth, which was not done. Says he has heart disease the meds monthly will be 160. Says over the phone my mom can get enough meds to get her til the seventh of June as she didn't have enough at the time for an entire months supply. Go to pick him up, decided to renage on giving enough meds. Gives meloxicam and sends him off, total of 130. By Sunday he's much worse, and it's emergency vet time. Says we better have him there in 15-20 min. Idk what the or else was. Get him there. He begins examining his lower back. The dog freaks out, as no extra staff were there to restrain him, naturally he falls approx.4 feet off the counter, which I'm sure was great on his degenerative arthritis, finally decided to do an x-ray. Says to my mother pre x-ray it's time to start thinking of end of life choices. Does x-ray. Says degenerative arthritis in multiple vertebrae. Continues to hint toward euthanasia as the best option as he will have good and bad days from here on out. My mom is distraught, he spoke to her as if she was supposed to make the decision right then and there. One cannot do that with someone they love, he was very inconsiderate(also she had to come to the er vet while at work, he knew this too.) He became extremely irascible and arrogant, left to go get his meds together. Time for the bill. Posted on the front desk is a paper stating a 10% military discount will be given with an active duty ID. My wife is the militant, currently deployed, (which I explained to him) so I showed my ID, as she and I were the ones paying for the visit. He took it, looked at it, handed it back. Then just holds out his hand and I ask, did you need to see the ID again to which he replies, no, I need a credit card, debit or cash. After seeing my ID he refused the military discount on another 200 bill. This place is a joke. The main vet is arrogant and intolerable as well as homophobic. Do not take your loved ones here. They're unpatriotic bigots.

Both Vets are GREAT. A little on the high priced side, but you truly get what you pay for. Highly recommend.
