When we first arrived we were given a walk thru where we were shown all of the rooms, how instruments were sterilized and told that they have their own in house lab where any crowns, bridges etc would be made. The entire staff is awesome. I called and first spoke to Emily who was able to get me in with a cracked tooth the next day. She handled all of my insurance and I can say from experience that my insurance is not accepted everywhere a and there are TONS of dental offices that are NOT capable of handling it...I had no worries ...Thank you Emily! Tonya is an amazing and very intuitive dental assistant. She keeps any of those nasty chemicals from going down your throat and assists Dr Opler without missing a beat...they are a great team. Dr Opler is warm and friendly...he's always smiling. He is an excellent dentist. I honestly feel taken care of. He is very capable and competent. He has one appointment at a time...which is not always the case with dentists. He's not getting up and going back and forth...he stays with you from start to finish. The drills are even quieter and the entire experience "light" I was actually laughing in the dental chair because it was that great. Overall everything I hate about the dentist is gone. I even went on halloween...all I missed out on was candy.

I haven't been to the dentist in forever, they put all my fears at ease, very informative on what they were doing, and had me leave smiling from ear to ear. Great place, can't wait to go back. Thank you

As soon I walked through the door I was welcome with a greeting and a big smile. The office was very cousy and home type atmosphere. The receptionist was very courteous, receptive and friendly. She was very knowledgeable on any questions ask and was very quick to answer them with no hesitation. She was very interested in what I had to say and gave me the impression that she was there to take care of my needs and make me feel welcome. She had a beautiful spirit inward which reflected in the outward. The Dental Tech was even better. She explain in detail what she was going to do when doing the X-Ray procedure as well as the mouth Digital Image. She was very pleasant and kept me at ease at all times. The Dental Hygienist was top notch. She was incredible with her hands very smooth in her movements and very careful and caring. She always was looking for my comfort by asking me if "I was okay." At no time I felt any discomfort or pain. We were able to share about things that were common to our age, family, food, childhood experiences and a lot of laughs over all. It was a wonderful mouth cleaning experience. To complete this amaizing adventure I meet the Dentist "Bring It Up a Notch" which sealed the office tour experience" He introduced himself with a hand shake and an even bigger smile than the ones I've seen before. By the way he has perfect teeth. I really understood then and there why his entire staff is the way they are because they are a true reflection of who he is. Very professional, polite, knowledge, caring about your needs and gives you the choice to select the course of action for the treatment you require. His office is equipped with the most advanced dental equipment which I have ever seen. Is amaizing specially when you are expose to it. He blew my socks of when he turned on the flat TV screen in front of me to explained what he had found on the X-Rays and my mouth Digital Image. Very impressive and kind of OO7 type gadgetry. So to conclude this narrative I would live to say I was flabbergasted and blown out of the water by the love in the room, the caring, compassion, the smiles, the laughter. The beauty inward and outward appearance that all the staff projected towards me and the most important thing the excellent and professional work they are trying to accomplish in every patient according to their needs. I tried to talked VA to leave me permanently assigned to this office in Tacoma Mall Boulevard but I lost the battle. But one thing is for sure that for one brief moment I had the most wonderful dental cleaning experience in my life and for that I'm grateful."YOU GO LIGHT DENTAL STUDIOS" Thanks from the bottom of my heart 🤓
