I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here with the dental and orthodontist staff, I had my braces put on here, have had my teeth cleaned and cavities filled at this location. I also come in every six weeks to get my braces tightened and wires/chains changed. The wait time is never longer than 10 minutes from the time of your scheduled appointment & The staff is very personable and polite. The only issue is there is only about 15 parking slots, and the parking lot is very small. Making it very hard to get in and out for many patients. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to any and everyone in the area searching for a trustworthy and reliable team.

I have been going to Bright Now in Tacoma, WA for about 4 years. They are friendly, courteous and are patient with their clients. I took my 1 year old for her her first visit and the DR made it a comfortable experience for her. My oldest got her braces their and when it comes time to change the color of the bands, they are willing to accommodate her choices. I highly recommend Bright Now as a place of service!

I have been getting my dental work at Bright Now Dental for over a year now. They are always friendly & professional. I am happy with their services, and will continue to use them for my future dental needs. I highly recommend Bright Now Dental.

I have been going there for 10 years. Haven't had a toothache since. Very comfortable with a pleasant, friendly staff. I can always get an appointment in the evening since I usually have to commute this way from Seattle. I plan on continuing going there forever. I give them am A+!

I've spent a lot of time and money at this dentist because I made the mistake of choosing an insurance plan that only provides any coverage if I go to Bright Now Dental. I've had an incredible amount of grief and pain going there. I must admit that I did have several cavities and I know dental work can be extremely varied from the materials and methods that are used, but despite the many things I told myself to excuse Bright Now Dental from the grievances they caused me, I honestly believe I should've seen it for what it was and ran when I very first got that questionable feeling in my gut. They are not a quality, or safe place to spend so much of your valuable time and money end up having ruined teeth. It is especially frustrating because your teeth play such a huge roll in your livelihood. Since I began visiting Bright Now Dental, I've had the same filling fall out three times, a bloody nose from the anesthetic being administered incorrectly, my bite adjusted incorrectly several times, come upon the need to purchase a dental guard to sleep at night without pain, an extreme increase in a painful sensitivity to hot and cold food, inability to floss due to incorrectly shaped tooth contacts, continuous pain weeks after the dentist said the trauma and nerve damage should have healed, charged more than once for the same filling (and not the one they redid three times), and so many more circumstances of set backs, pain, and frustration. The equipment they have is not up to date and not always in the cleanest or most ideal conditions. I feel sorry for the staff because they are very kind and friendly, but the company does not put the needed resources into providing quality dental work. After 5 visits of trying and painfully failing to get the work I needed done correctly and still having issues, I ended up having to find a different dentist and continue to pay out of pocket to fix what Bright Now Dental couldn't do. And until I finish getting fixed the issues that Bright Now Dental created, I am in a frustrating amount of pain and only able eat small amounts of very soft food. I have to make compromises for my finances and my health until I can re-enroll for a new insurance plan where I will surely learn from my mistake and find a plan that allows me to see a decent dentist because it is heart breaking how horribly Bright Now Dental has affected my health and my budget. Please, for the love of all that is good, do not get work done by Bright Now Dental.
