I was happy with Dr Patel, but the staff is slow and not helpful. M totally upset with them. My insurance had approved crowns back in December. I went in once, they had not heard back, " this takes time,".. waiting in pain, called them, no calls returned. I walked in again and they decided to put in the request then to tell me I was denied because I didn't have insurance. I called the insurance while at their office, to find out I had been approved in November so I lost out on that and all they could say is sorry. So, m sorry too and will take them to court and find a new dentist. It was Always something with the front staff

Dr. Patel did some major dental work for me and he literally changed my life by giving me a new smile.   It was a long process and took many visits,  because I had a lot of dental issues that needed to be taken care of, but  it totally paid off in the end. Staff friendly,  rates are reasonable, his facility  is always clean, and Dr. Patel is very efficient.

I was referred to Dr. Patel's office by a family friend. His staff is always super friendly not sure where these reviews come from/a competitor maybe??? Me and my two children go there and we have never had an issue. The wait is not very long, which is hard to believe for any dentist/doctor office. They are very accommodating always try to work around your schedule. I was there yesterday and noticed a patient who had an issue. After her appt she found out the outside lab said wouldn't have her crown available until Tuesday.  She asked if he could do something temporary, the doctor told her if she could wait a little while  he would assist her. Very few dentist go to that level of customer satisfaction to stay late, most would have given her an appt for the next day instead he stayed late and helped her.

My previous dentist was so terrible (insensitive about my unusually small mouth, questionably scheduling me fees in spite of my discount plan, and "finding" issues with my teeth that didnt actually exist) that it discouraged me from going to the dentist for roughly 5 years. I decided to give Light Family Dental a shot despite a bad review or two and I am MORE than pleased. I was very well-recieved by every single staff member, and Dr. Patel is an incredible dentist. I had several cavities and two of them were on the brink of root canal status. Instead of mandating the costly procedures unnecessarily, Dr. Patel and his team worked their hardest to take care of my teeth while avoiding what ended up being unnecessary procedures (I am sure he COULD have ordered a root canal for the sake of filling his pockets but he didnt, and THAT FACT speaks to the integrity of the establishment.) My final cavity was minimal and when I was told that I may not need novocane, I was a little nervous. I decided NOT to be a baby and at least ATTEMPT the drug free procedure. The worst that could happen would be that it would hurt for a split second, at which point I could request numbing. The staff assured me that all would be fine, and I am pleased to report that it was perfectly fine. I feel that this speaks to the experience and great judgement of Dr. Patel in  knowing what is best for his patients. My experience with this establishment was very pleasant, and I fully intent to continue my oral care with this team of knowledgable, compassionate, and dedicated dental professionals.

Great service! Awesome staff. Friendly Doctor. After reading these reviews, I felt the complete opposite about the office.
