These guys are awesome!  I was here for work from many states away and had a crown come off, taking some of the tooth with it.  They saw me right away and did what was possible within my time constraints.  The staff was more than accommodating, and Dr Salari was excellent.  My only regret is that they are too far away from Alabama to drive to for my regular dentist!

 I recommend that you know your history and ask questions before procedures to insure you understand what you are having done and what is covered by your insurance. I do not go to the doctors offices often and had this appointment not been mandatory through my insurance I would not have gone.  However, the experience at this location was fabulous.  Very clean and up to date. I did have an issue with my bill after the service and when I spoke to the location, they were extremely helpful and understanding toward me. I extremely appreciated the level of customer service they provided to me and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I have to say I am a little surprised by all the five star reviews here. We moved into the neighborhood a few months back and walked into this dental clinic to get a standard oral hygiene check up and cleanup. I was told that since I was diabetic I would need a "Deep Clean", and this would cost extra. I felt a little rushed since I was already in the dentist's chair when I was being given this information. I agreed and paid $261 on the day of service (over and above insurance), and was told that the insurance will pay the rest. This service was in November 2015. I just received a bill from Neibauer for $141 in April 2016, and on calling was told that insurance did not pay for the remainder. I have been a diabetic for over 15 years, and I have had standard oral hygiene check up and cleanup on a regular basis. Never have I paid a dime out of pocket over and above what insurance paid. Beware of sneak up costs that your insurance  does not think necessary.

I am so impressed with Dr. Tsai and the entire staff at this location that I felt compelled to give them a review (Cody, Lindsey, Jennie and the front office). I have had my share of dental work and visits to a few dentists in the area, and in every case I have had to leave the practice for lack of compassion or lack of service. BUT Dr. Tsai changed my experience this week by working on 2 crowns and a Root canal. I went in for the appointment with lots of reservation, but he was gentle, professional and detail oriented to the procedures. My procedure took over 3 hours and he never left my side. the way he pays attention to his work is truly amazing & noticeable to the patient,  and I will recommend him to everyone. Thank you

I have had several trips to this office on behalf of my son(all four wisdom teeth being pulled at once and a 6 month tooth replacement procedure) and have had not only welcoming and friendly service every time, but my son has been in extremely minimal pain. He didn't even finish his pain medication. Dr. Budrough is excellent at what he does. He is knowledgable, confident at his craft, gentle and just very nice. I am very glad that my son received such great care for two very serious procedures. The whole office staff and hygienists have been wonderful. 
Additionally, I had a tooth extracted a week ago without any pain or swelling afterwards. I didn't even get my prescription filled.  I get so nervous going to the dentist but because of what I witnessed with my son, I was good to go!   Dr Budrough(sp) is an excellent dentist! I will recommend him every time!
