Great place , wonderful views of the marina. Relaxed atmosphere,  outside patio or air conditioned indoor area. Highly recommend giving Lighthouse a try.

This place has a great atmosphere... Overlooks the marina as well and makes for a peaceful morning lookout. Very good coffee and it even has a beer selection!

I kept walking by this place on my walks at the marina thinking "I've got to go in there." I am so glad I made it yesterday. I am a black coffee, no frills gal. But I want good coffee. It was great--full dark roast and a lovely earl grey scone. What a delightful end to a walk around the water.
