Noodle Café serves snacks/appetizers, soups, Vietnamese Pho, vermicelli noodle bowls, Vietnamese grilled meat rice plates, traditional Chinese items (such as fried rice, chow mein, crispy noodles, veggie plates, shrimp plates, chicken plates, beef plates, and pork plates), and creperies (both sweet and savory).

What is Bubble Tea? A broad generalization for the specialty drinks served at Noodle Café. These include snows (smoothie), icys (slushie), flavored iced/hot teas, milk teas, flavored juices, flavored milks, espresso coffees, yogurt frosts, and Italian sodas.

What are Tapioca Pearls? There are many names for the sweet, chewy balls. Some people call it sago, pearls, bubbles, or mostly BOBA. These tapioca balls are an added texture to your drink--much like the texture of a gummy bear. Boba tea is more than just a drink: It's a snack. In addition to the tapioca pearls, we have a variety of jellies. The jellies are made from coconut pulp. The jellies are not only an added texture, but they also add flavor to the drink--complementing the taste.
