Story

After years in the insurance industry (and after witnessing the positives and negatives of many companies), Jim and Jimy decided that opening a small, family-owned/operated agency was the best way to fight the stigma that meeting your insurance agent is like going to the dentist: not fun, but it has to be done. Lighthouse Insurance Outfitters was born.

We found several companies that liked what we brought to the table; more importantly, we liked what THEY brought to the table, in terms of claims, price, service, underwriting, and overall satisfaction.

One of the main tenets that we founded this agency on was timely and friendly service, where you won't feel like we are dragging our feet, or not meeting your expectations and needs. No question or concern will go unanswered.

We are fully licensed in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota for property and casualty, life and health, as well as crop insurance. Every person and family should be treated well, and our aim is to do just that.
