When we decided to downsize from a large house to a condo, we picked Lighthouse as our realtor after meeting with several of the larger agencies in the area. The big national realtors were more interested in selling our house cheap so they could make a quick deal. We shopped several of the local agencies and picked Lighthouse - they listened to our plans and put us first. They sold our house very quickly for the amount we wanted and bent over backwards helping us find a great condo, we were delighted with the first class service
