Was told they would refund me if I deleted my review I did just that and they were very nice on figuring out how to make it right or so I thought. They stated that my refund was approved and it would be 14days now it's been almost 2 months and have heard nothing!?!? Seriously!?!? I did my part why haven't you? I really don't want to get into the whole situation again but I will if it's not taken care like you promised. I have emails saved of these "appovals" please make it right.

I LOVE my hair removal results! I used to grow a full beard and now there is barely anything! I still have 2 treatments left! Very life changing for me! I tear up everytime I talk about it!
