I had scheduled two appointments for my friend and I to get our nails done.  Her technician Tina was awesome and on time.  I however waited until 4:30, my appointment was at 4, before Tina said that she would start my nails since my technician was busy or running behind.  The receptionist never mentioned anything to me about her running behind and halfway through my nails she (my scheduled technician) finally came to me and told Tina to finish so that she could have a break.  Tina is the only reason that I would go back.  She did a fabulous job, sacrificed her break for my nails, and was super friendly.  I cannot say the same about the rest of the employees....

I got a gift certificate to Outer Image so I thought I would give it a try.  I had a shellac manicure done and was not impressed at all.  The technician was running late (about a 1/2 hour) and she stopped to check out her client (that made her late) in the middle of my appt.  She did not do a manicure what so ever, and only did the shellac.  It was a big let down, especially since the shellac did not look all that great.  I could tell she was in a rush and ready to go home for the night.  I have over $70 left on my gift certificate and I don't want to go back.
