I have gone on two occasions, last year for the laser to help me with the redness in my face and the scar from my battle with cancer that concluded with a mastectomy. The tech was wonderful, and I have not had to have a follow up and repeat it again. The second opportunity I had was for facial treatments and I was disappointed. There was a package special that was very tempting, I just knew I had to stick with my budget, and there was a lot of pressure it seems that I could not do it the way I needed at the time. I say for the work five stars. customer service I'd have to deduct.

Light Rx is Amazing! The ladies provide excellent service and are extremely flexible with your schedule. I've been getting laser hair removal on my entire face, for the last six months, and have noticed an amazing difference since my 1st appointment. I'm Indian descent and I get pretty dark hair growth on my face. Since I've started the treatments, I've noticed less growth and the thickness has minimized. I'm extremely glad I went for it. It's a little pricey, but well worth it! They even have great payment plan options if you need it. I did my research before signing the "deed", and realized that Ideal Image offers the same service, but for double the price. I never have to wait once I'm checked in, they're always ready for me, which is great! Also, since now that I'm a member, I am able to get discounts on other treatments. I am currently getting my face and bikini area, and I'm in and out within 30 minutes. Face only takes 15 minutes 😄 I'm super happy with Light Rx!!

The entire staff is fantastic, but Natasha is outstanding! She is extremely professional, nice and very attentive to my needs and my course of treatments. Her work is excellent!
