Do not use your credit card here. I've been here a few times. I use my card inside for gas instead of at the pump to avoid the hold on funds. On this visit, the employee ran my card twice. I found it strange that I had to enter my pin twice, but didn't say anything. I asked for my receipt. I paid $25 for gas. I pumped, and recieved the text from my bank, saying I was charged instead $55 dollars. The cashier tried stealing $30. I went right inside, the cashier tried telling me she would have the manager call me. I refused to leave without my money and threatened the cops. I should have called them anyways. They tried to claim that I was charged the hold on funds inside, despite the fact that no other customer has never had a hold on pumps inside, nor understand how it could have happened. I did get a *refund* on my account within a few hours. But that proves it wasn't the *hold * that's takes days to get back. And doesn't appear as a refund. The cashier steals. Don't trust this place.

Their Rewards program is such a rip off! I hate gimmicks more than anything else in life! Just offer lower gas prices that'll be fine for me I'm done with your gas station and I'll spend my money elsewhere!

I especially enjoy the staff at my local Irving Oil. They know me and my usual purchases by the sight of me. That being said I don't know that I can remember a bad experience with an Irving Oil employee, ever.
