1st time here and last. Very unprofessional and could care less about you as a person. The man who did my service didn't even speak to me the whole time. Ugh. A little courtesy goes a long way, especially when the client tells you it's their first time at your salon. Then to top off the whole experience, he left and took another client and left me in the room for 30 minutes without any direction. He couldn't even come up to the register to cash me out. I won't be back. I do not recommend this salon.

Absolutely terrifyingly experience. There is one lady who was trying to take off my acrylic nails, and didn't even soak them at all. She ended up ripping off my actual nail and tried to use nail glue to put it back! I ended up having to go to an urgent care because it got infected. On top of all of this, she charges me extra for taking off my acrylics. What a joke. So unprofessional.

HEADS UP!!! THUMBS DOWN!!! 👎🏻 The guy was nice and quite, the lady was so loud and rude. I wanted my. Wild designed and she said the person that does that is not here, FYI they had 8 people worked and no one knows how to do a simple design. Awful costumer services. I asked for the manager and she said she isn't here. Come to find out she is the manager. She doesn't know how to manage. Just lies and terrifying services. Never coming here again. Also my friend and I did the same nails and she charged me $10 more.... they'll literally rob you. I don't know why people still going there! They are always busy. So they don't care about you.. cause they always have costumers. Go elsewhere!!!

Called before to ask if there was a wait. I was told to come in as there was no wait. Sat there for 20 minutes without being greeted or told when I would be seen. When i asked where a color was to match mine the person was rude and brushed me off. The staff were yelling at each other and the worst part was the place was so dirty. I walked out and would not recommended you walk in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! SAID THERE WAS "NO WAIT" ...MADE US WAIT OVER AN HOUR. MAKE YOU PAY WHEN THEY MESSED UP YOUR NAILS BEFORE YOU see HOW THEY "FIX" THEM (MESS THEM UP EVEN MORE)! YELLED AT US AND RUSHED US THE WHOLE TIME. BEYOND FILTH! VERY DIRTY. LACKS VENTILATION. OVERCHARGED TOO. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN PLEASE! STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME AND MONEY. ALL (3) OF OUR NAILS LOOK LIKE CRAP NOW THANKS. Actual rating: Negative infinity! Go to FAMILY NAILS they are amazing!
