I came in for a pedicure and they literally only spent 20 min on my toes, it looks like i did it. It was the owner that did my nails not the other girls. She is horrible and it's like she doesn't want to spend enough time on customers . HORRIBLE NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

When I call them today ( April 24,2017 ) @ 2:30pm on the phone I was happy to get an easy appointment coz they said they are not busy. So I said lucky me. When I got to the shop I notice something odd the staff have a big Issue of communicating since the guy left no choice to try understand what the lady saying to me.

I regret doing my nails in this place coz the staff don't know how to Respect there Client so no wonder they are not busy coz they need 200% customer service training refreshment I swear. The prove is they don't know how to address there customer. No greetings. And if they are talking to client and the client don't agree to there way they will talk to each other on there Vietnamese language which not right at all coz the customer is there and listening to them. And before I seat down I show them the picture of the color I want so make it easier to both of us and confirm if they can make it same and they agree and say they can make it. But on the end its not same color and they are using old products with bubbles on the nail colors. So no choice to take the closest  color available coz you there for 1hour and 20 minutes you need to finish coz you still other appointment after.And worst they are not done with you they go to have a break without saying a word and leaving you wondering if your nails is done and dry. You need to call there attention so you pay and Get out. After that they will tell you you pay 30$ and go. Wow they don't give you what you want. My nails so ugly and not done in the proper way. There are very unprofessional. So never do my nails in this place again....................

I have been coming to this business for a couple of years now! I LOVE IT here. The staff is very nice, the  place is clean, they have a large selection of nail colors. The wait times are NEVER  LONG for me (I've always walked in) They staff there is very creative with their designs..
