This place was absolutely HORRIBLE  a bride's worst nightmare.  I placed my order well in advance, when my mother and I arrived to pick up my flowers they gave me the runaround.." like come back in about an hour "and it went on like that since 10am and ended up Leaving till 3:30pm. She didn't find my order so I ended buying random flowers.  I understand people make mistakes but, her customer  service was horrible absolutely horrible and I believe she's thy owner of the flower shop.  She stated that she didn't care if I returned as and wasn't interested in my business. Her exact words " I don't care weather you return here or  recommend this place to anyone, people come and go I don't need your business." I was  absolutely shocked.

I called Lily's Flowers and Fruity Florets and Fruity Florets an hour before I went to pick up the flowers. All I said was I needed a tasteful yet fun arrangement for a girlfriend's birthday. She did such an amazing job. It was beautiful! My friend adores it. Now I wish I'm lucky enough to have someone send me something from Lily's Flowers and Fruity Florets and Fruity Florets!

Stopped by here on the way to visit our aunts' place in Irvine. Found a great florist that was open and had a number of arrangements to choose from. Great place. Will highly recommend again.

I sent out for a flower delivery, and they never even put the note I wrote or at least did not even let the person know who it was from. So disappointed with their service! Will never return. I DO NOT recommend anyone there.
