Geom was very helpful and professional! The bouquet was beautiful! Came early and was able to pick up the arrangement in a few hours which was very convenient. The store has a great selection of flowers to choose from.

Amazing service! Authentic and classy... Say what you say they are worth every penny! Feedback from my girlfriend was AMAZING!!! Hands down one of the best florists in the financial district!If you want quality, service, and above all satisfaction this is the place to order!!!

Big fan of this family business! Prettiest arrangements I've ever seen - Elizabeth creates masterpieces even for $35! They do deliveries as well. I think they operate at a very low margin, so do tip.

Unfortunately, the call center Victor's uses is horrible.  Not only did it take 5 minutes just to get my name across to what was obviously not an English speaker, but they also didn't mention Victor's closes at 530 when I said I would be picking the flowers up after 5, and on top of it all they didn't even get the order right.  I asked for 2 specific flowers, and one wasn't even part of the bouquet because they didn't have it, yet they still took the order.  The owner seemed understanding enough about the mistake and gave a partial refund, but ultimately I didn't get the flowers I ordered and the ones I did get I had to pick up a day late, and the owner has to take responsibility and get a good call center if they want to take orders outside of store hours.  The flowers I did get were nice, so it's unfortunate Victor's has such problems taking orders, because as another reviewer says, it is surprisingly hard to find a good florist that follows through in Santa Barbara.
