The perfect bank!  For accessibility, ease of access and service this bank ranks #1.  Limestone Bank is ideal for anyone with disabilities as the building and lobby are set up for quick easy access.  They welcomed my medical service dog which is unusual for many places in Kentucky.  I also appreciate the fact their employees are behind bullet-proof glass and secure.  Kim helped me open a new account and her patience kindness genuine focus on being pleasant, exacting and efficient made it an effortless experience.  The best of all?  Their customer service/call center is directly above the bank - they are local, professional, pleasant and incredibly easy to understand on the phone.  HIGHLY recommend this bank over any other bank or financial institution.  Coffee, tea, cookies & candy also (unlike the Dum-Dums in bowls at Chase Bank).  Thank you, Kim & Limestone for building such an easy to access, friendly, convenient & stress free location.
