HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! JUST TRIED TO CASH A CHECK FROM CHURCHILL DOWNS AND WE HAVE ACCOUNT HERE AND THEY REFUSED TO CASH IT!!!! IDIOT TEENAGERS !!

This bank is run by teenagers  and a manager that tried to swindel me out of $8,000. Customer service is herendous. Fortunatly PNC Bank stepped in to save the day, and the fraudulent check writer was caught thanks to PNC banks help. Not even my own personal bank at the time. US Bank was dishonest all the way to the courtroom. DO NOT Bank here!!!
