Still waiting for them to ship a motherboard 6 days later, do yourself a favor and go with someone else. I don't think I'll be purchasing through the newegg marketplace ever again.

Let's see here... ordered on NewEgg and never received product. It is clear that they have been scamming people for such a long time. Both my private email to them, as well as my correspondence with NewEgg came with the same questions. Either a robot or someone who is used to taking money and not giving service was present. After I went through this "loop", they said they'd not provide a refund. Really scumbag individuals. Customer service nonexistent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IMBECILES!!!

Bought an antenna through their eBay store "MyGoods"... they shipped to my p.o. box via FedEx...my item was delivered to wrong location....customer service wouldn't speak to me until after FedEx told me that limited goods would have to start lost package proceedings. FedEx could of tried to pick back up the package from where they left it however limited goods didn't contact FedEx til 6 days after they delivered it to the wrong address... thank good eBay saw the issues I was having and refunded my $80...   horrible service !

AWFUL. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. If these reviews and current rating weren't enough, here's one more story for the growing PILE of complaints.
I ordered through their Amazon store and got shipped the wrong item. I made several attempts to communicate with them and only ever got auto-generated responses that resolved nothing. They sent me the SAME auto-responses regardless of what was communicated. I repeatedly told them the importance of receiving the item I ordered because it was a rush job for my own customer. It was pointless, they didn't lift a finger to remedy the situation THEY had created. When informing them of their shipping error, they tried to blame the shipping carrier.
Unbelievably irresponsible and low brow company. I've never been exposed to such BLATANT disregard towards the customer.

I never received the item I ordered from My Goods. Don't buy from this seller. Buy from Sonicelectronix or JB Tool Sales
