This place was an absolute mess!! Nothing was organized. And there was no one working except 2 people at the front with a ridiculous line. I needed to ask a question and couldn't find anyone to ask. Will not be returning.

I love Old Navy but they need to do some serious work at this location. It is always a mess therefore making it very difficult to find things.  First time they left the security tags on both my clothes and my Mom's.  No help on the sales floor.  Really just need a lot of work.  Cashiers have always been very pleasant, thus the two stars.  But if you can't find what you came for because clothes are piled up you won't make it to the nice cashiers. Please do better!

Great store and location for me. My only issue was that it wasn't stocked very well, but that may be due to the time of year or just simply waiting for a merchandise delivery.

The set up of the store is not the best, its impossible to find what you are looking for. The children sections is maybe on shelf and one rack again impossible to find anything. The store is big but whoever designed the set up wasn't possibly using their brain.

This store is a mess. Clothes everywhere and on the floor. Mediocre baby department hard to find things in a pile. My cashier put wrong discount in and left sensors on clothes. I like old navy but not this location
