This police department is PRO-RAPE. I reported being raped and that horrible monster Sgt. Terry Kennedy lied to us. When I trying to call and ask for the status he threatened my life for wanting my rapist to go to jail what is wrong with that and where are my rights why is this man not in jail and fired?

These clowns think they can post arrest of people and making an ass of them without any conviction and or even knowing the back round on these persons they say its public info then let the public look things up your asses dont need to post this to humiliation of the people ( and thats all your doing ) this will be posted to social media and will be brought to all america and Mike lury of channel 3 you want to clown on people clown on your own familys jerks. cops have a bad name as it is and this will give your department a realllll black eye after were done with you watch.

Many of the officers are very nice and do not abuse their power; however, I have been attacked physically TWICE, by the same person, and my 2 year old and 7 year old abused as well, by the SAME person, who I have reported for stalking and harassment(a person whom i have no connection to in any way, they just took an interest in me and my family and have become obsessed). I had abrasions and about 10 witnesses and they never arrested the person who assaulted us! Everyone who saw was confused and appalled as to why there was no arrest made. She assulted me because she stole our dog and I went to the appartment where she lived, asked the manager to help me retrieve the dog, and she woud not. She assulted me instead. Other than that, it has always been random acts of violence from her. They FINALLY pressed charges because the person had their 9 year old daughter record her attacking me, and I happened to remember that so the officer asked to see it and that seems to be why he reluctantly did the paperwork to file the report. Apparently she has been going to court for the whole ordeal, but never paid for what she had done-and CONTINUES to do to this very day! As I write this she is parked next door keeping her eye on us. This is has been so stressful for me and my kids and my 7 year old has been diagnosed with PTSD because of the abuse he has endured because of her. I just wish the police would protect us in this matter as I do not feel safe at my own home because of her, and neither do my poor children. It is not right that she is able to keep doing this and not be made to stop. All we want is for her to leave my family alone. It all started after my husband passed away 3 years ago and has not stopped. Shes just unrelenting, and mentally unstable.

I would like the Lincoln Police Department for the speedy response. My security alarm had a false alarm event due to a helium birthday balloon. Scared me for a moment there. Once again thank you LPD.
