I thought travel agencies were a thing of the past. I'm a programmer/computer trainer and use computers for everything and know Expedia/Travelocity and their cousin sites well. I have extended family all over the world, so I travel a lot as do my kids. 

This agency has been a lifesaver on many, many occasions. I can get better prices nine times out of ten with them than I can find on the internet. Steve Lincoln, the owner, explained that he has proprietary software that can link routes in ways that the websites on line don't. If he can't get a better price, he tells me and I book on line. There is NO PRESSURE!

Recently, I was installing a new computer system in a home, when the owner got a phone call that her mother had died in Florida. We went on line and even bereavement fares were over a thousand dollars. We called Steve and he calmly, patiently, and quickly found reasonable flights and fares at times that were perfect for her needs. 

Steve knows the "rules" inside and out. He has honesty and integrity. I feel very, very grateful knowing that he handles my travel arrangements, saving me time, money and hassle. I recommend this agency very, very highly.
