Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while staying in Maine for a little getaway, My husband had a grilled chicken BLT and homemade chips and I had grilled cheese with crab,avocado and tomato with homemade chips. Both sandwiches were pretty tasty and the homemade chips were the best I've  had from any restaurant. Also got a side order of onion rings they were OK,definitely have had much better, service was pretty good ( considering there was only 2 other parties there eating),waitresses was very polite and food came out promptly. Would probably check it out again and try something else from the menu.

Good service, grear food, "maine" decor.
Hooked rugs on the walls; how fun! Fiesta ware... didn't like it.
I had the burger. Nice sized, done just as I'd ordered. Came with still warm potato chips.
partner had the lobster roll. Lots meat, crusty roll and the onion rings were seriously the best I've ever had.

This is for sure a tourist trap! It took over 30 minutes just to get drinks. After we put our food order in, it took over an hour.  That’s after waiting a long time for the waitress to even come over and get our food order.I ordered the calamari dinner and it was awful. Just a few pieces of cold dry calamari. I have been here a few times and didn’t think it was to good the past few times. There aren’t really any other choices for food when shopping in Freeport, that’s the only reason I decided to go this time. I definitely will not be going here again, I’d much rather go to the subway down the street!

Bring a big appetite! Portion are big but so worth it. The dessert menu is also worth a try. I can't wait to go back!

GLUTEN FREE friend seafood platter...YUM!!! Many gluten free options including dessert!  Great server and atmosphere!
