They have great selection, good prices, and very helpful staff, despite the fact that some of the people who work there speak very little to no English - but this is typical for Miami. My only complaint is that their parking is very limited and it can be a bit of a hassle to look for one on and around 8th St.

I purchased a Titan water heater from Linda Hardware. I did receive the product in a sealed box, unfortunately when I paid the electrician for the installation the water heater would shut off all the electricity in my home. The following day the electrician had to return to uninstall the unit. I placed the unit in the original box, and returned it to Linda Hardware to exchange it for one that was operable. At this point they turned me away and said that it was not their issue if the unit did not work, that I had signed a receipt that read no exchanges or returns and had to deal with the manufacture. I simply asked them to exchange it for the same item, but one that was operable, and they still refused. This merchant should be responsible for selling a product that is operable. Purchasing from this establishment incurred 2 installations fees from my electrician, and much wasted time. Beware before you shop there!
