The most helpful staff with courteous demeanor. The people who speak ill are the said people who disrespect staff and none appreciative of themselves much less to pass the kindness on to others. Have you ever taken one step back to understand what the the staff and management go through daily. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but give an honest opinion that is what is at stakes here. There is one set of people that is in this society that appreciate and has willingness to calmly embrace patent. There is some who try to familiarize themselves with the shopping system and enjoys the convenience that Home Depot provides. The complainers are the one who simply there to bring the store down; the worst of mankind that is supporting the store. They exercised complex situation for a solution in getting results, don’t follow simple left and right direction and the most huge problem is taking less time out to read and usually struggled with having a clear understanding of what they are looking for in the store. If you can take a few minuets to download the website you will find you can learn much more to get around in store. The technology provision that has been provided and is providing is for customer to be more self sufficient and make less needy wants on company staff. The insults given to staff is too much. Most time the tizzy, nasty insults started before they even explained what they are looking for in the store. The mean demeanor can be from the tone of their voice to the lengthy profanity usages .

The shopping experience is really good. I have always found what I needed. Their specialized personal have gave me the clues for certain projects at home. They have excellent customer service. But there is a problem with the parking lot. There is not enough space for the demand.

Huge overall improvement at this home depot. SO! Glad to see company taking charge of the parking lot situation with guys looking for work. Great to see Miami police and private security all over parking lot keeping these guys off property. They r still there for those people foolish enough to use these guys. As far as store goes easy to find plenty of employees and actually saw some smiles.

Made an online purchase for store pickup in the morning. It should have been done within 2 hours but it took them 8. I had to call them for them to realize they even had an online order. I'll be skipping this service from now on.
