Great class sizes, really nice housing and dorms, This is the Oldest college west of the Mississippi river and it has the most gorgeous historic campus. Love the sense of community here and teacher who truly care. Met friends from all over the world and truly had an amazing experiences. It's also one of the only  debt free colleges which is impressive in itself. I loved my experience here.

You only attend this school if you truly know what it is that you want out of life. If your not sure of your destination in life, there are staffed faculty members that can help get you on the right track. Great experience!!!!

I have never had so many issues. 1. I followed my advisors plan and then was told I could not graduate because I did not have enough credits. I went to meet with her where I was informed I did have enough credits. After that she called 4 hours later and said that I did not have enough credits. So then I had to take an extra semester because her math was off. 2. Me and my mom went to the financial aid office and met with someone 1 year before my graduation and took out enough loans so that we would not have to go through this process again. While at the office we were told we did not need to do the FASFA because I would be graduated before it needed to be completed again. 3. Fast forward to one quarter before graduation and we are told that I have a balance of over $3.5K and that we were supposed to do the FASFA. We do the FASFA and the lady I met with told me that because I am graduating in December we would be able to split my student loans over two quarters instead of four and that should cover my tuition. After completion of my summer quarter, and the FASFA and student loan application, I was informed that we could not do that because I am an undergraduate student. I was told, "I'm sorry, but if you do not pay the $1.8K that you still owe you cannot register." Now, I am in my last quarter at Lindenwood and the bookstore cannot process a refund that they mistakenly took out of my account. This schools billing, business, and financial aid offices are a joke. I would not recommend to any parent to send their children there. The only reason I gave one star is because the teachers are actually decent people for the most part.

We had an excellent experience at this college!  Everyone has been extremely helpful to assist!  How often do you get the President of the University (Michael Shonrock, Ph.D.) to walk with you on campus (without an appointment) and give you assistance when you are trying to decide if this is where your child should go to college.  We are quite impressed with the admissions, administration, deans of the colleges/teaching staff, residence assistance, and coaching staff for the diversity of sports provided at Lindenwood University.  Thank you Lindenwood University for the "Like No Other" experience so far!

School sides with bully student teachers over its own students. If you are a gifted student do not consider this school. The education department is a joke.
