Excellent service. My check engine light was on so I contacted Robert Ryan and he took care of everything in a timely manner, paying attention to every detail. He made everything go so smooth and he matched my schedule so perfectly that it was very convenient for me. He is a wonderful Service Consultant. Also Kathy makes the environment so comfortable while you’re waiting for your car to be ready. Excellent hospitality.

Stellar experience so far. Been leasing a Focus for about 7 months now. Everyone in the dealership is really cool professional and friendly. Even when they are busy they make you feel noticed and taken care of. I'm still a little salty about not getting the $99 a month for this Focus as it was advertised (ended up doing $220 instead, yikes). My advice to the readers is fix your credit before cashing in on a car lease deal. I usually don't do reviews (especially positive ones) but I was asked nicely after getting great service today.

I had a great experience with the help of Trevor Irish. He made sure to show me all the cars with the features I wanted and he really knew the car information to help me know more about the different fusions. The dealership did not have the car I wanted for what I could pay, so Trevor found a perfect car for me! He was very patient with me and seemed like he had my best interests in mind. Finance was also a breeze with the help of Andrew. Overall, I had an enjoyable and successful experience looking for the car I’ve always wanted.

It's a mixed bag with Lindsay Ford.  I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer Limited and the salesman, Marvin Guzman was great!  He even drove the car to my house in Midlothian, VA.  The dealership sold me the car which was a CPO car but then added in the cost of the warranty instead of having it in the price initially.  Also, the headlight had cracks that were discovered before I took a ride out of the driveway and they never responded as to if that would be a covered repair.  All in all, I think you might be able to get a good deal but would go there in person.  Marvin is super nice kid (only 22) and I would recommend him.  Overall, a fair deal!

Fantastic service, great dependability, car has so many features to many to count. Safety features are awesome, they come in really handy as well as easy to use. People are really friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely do business in the future. Simply a lovely ride!
