I worked with Sean; I contacted them through their website lead form, and was given the information I requested with no additional pressure to call or come in. Once I test drove the car and they provided a fair price on my trade, we were able to get the deal done over email with little hassle. Sean had all the paper work drawn up on Saturday and he was able to meet me on a Sunday to sign everything and hand over the keys. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I don't have time to spend 8 hours buying a car at a dealership, so I appreciated the quick and painless sell process. I did buy a warranty which I believe to be better than average and Sean was able to get me a competitive finance rate 0.5% less than what I could get from my personal credit union. Would definitely buy again when I'm looking for a unique Mercedes!

I've had several cars in my lifetime and this was by far the most enjoyable, quickest and straight forward experience I've had yet! Everyone was very helpful, warm and pleasant. I most definitely will be returning for any future purchases! Highly recommended!

I've purchased two excellent vehicles from this firm. They are very friendly and accommodating. The prices are great, they refer you to excellent financing and they get you out quickly. They don't have fancy facilities and you don't negotiate (one price). Overall, this is the place to go in the DC region if you want a great value on a beautiful Mercedes.

Universal  was great to deal with. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and shipped it all the way from Maryland to Las Vegas. It seemed like a huge risk and was I very nervous about buying a vehicle this way. They were very helpful and friendly though. When the vehicle arrived I was so relieved. It was in better condition than I even expected. I want to thank the guys down at Universal Auto Group for very fast and open communication during the whole process. I am super stoked with my purchase!
