It's a beautiful store filled with over priced products. But the staff is HORRENDOUS. How can I be in the store for near half hour before I'm greeted. It's ridiculous. Manager has a permanent smug face on and it's just awful they were the only place that had the bed linen I wanted. Horrible people. Nice products.

I was there to purchase a bed frame, there was no one to help me out, I waved one of the attendants down but they knew nothing about the product. I left.. I returned a few weeks later because I really liked the bed frames, still no customer service asking me if they could help. I agree that the people here need training not just on customer service, but also on the product. I went elsewhere and picked up a less desirable bed-frame, but some times, the customer service experience makes the difference.

I had purchased a high end Hotel Collection duvet cover about 10 months ago and had it cleaned twice and it pitted and some threads had come loose. I phoned and spoke to the store manager Jason who was very pleasant.  He has offered to exchange it for free with a new one.  I am a very satisfied customer and would return because of this excellent customer service experience.  PS...I had no receipt but since it was one of their branded product lines he knows I purchased it there anyway.

I can only say great things about this place. The manager was extreamly helpful, issue was resolved in a quick and proffesional manner. The staff was also helpful, don't remember the girls names but both visits  were very pleasant. Superb service, highly recommend this place 👌

Horrible customer service by Jason the store manager. The front desk girls were very helpful and friendly when we came in to return  an item but Jason started arguing with us, telling us that we were wrong. I've never had such a bad experience with a manager fighting with us, ever. I will never shop here again after such an awful experience.
