Dave Milhiser with Linton Hall did an excellent job of working with us  in selling our home.   He was easy to work with, understanding and you felt he was with you every step of the way.  With his expertise we sold our house the 1st weekend it went on the market with 2 offers, pretty good for being the end of January.  I would highly recommend Dave to sell your home so you to will enjoy getting your dream home.

I highly recommend Heidi Ludwig. My home was sold as a short sale and Heidi helped make the entire transaction as smooth as possible. She kept me informed every step of the way and advised me on what to expect throughout the process. Most realtors do not have a lot of experience with short sales and experience is extremely helpful in ensuring the sale goes smoothly. My husband and I had a great experience working w/ the Ashley Leigh team.  Our realtor, Tim Forman, was very knowledgable of the market and the area.  He was quick to respond to our requests and worked hard to get us on the market at the right time all while keeping us appraised of new property   coming on the market.  I'm glad we put our buying and selling process in their capable hands.  Thanks to Tim's keen eye we were able to find our future home before it even went on the market.  I would highly recommend Linton Hall Realtors and Ashley Leigh to my friends and family.

Dave has a great personality for sales. He is extremely competent, and highly responsive. He us very knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate.
In my case he was dealing with my wife and I as,we were going through a divorce. Naturally,  she would not take my word so Dave had to do double duty.  
Our home needed roof replacement.  Dave found a contractor approved by my insurance company. Dave worked with the contractor so that the insurance company agreed to repack the roof and siding at no cost to me.
I consid er Dave to be a friend, and recommend him to anyone without qualification.
