Kathleen is absolutely the BEST!  From our first meeting to my day at settlement I always felt and knew she had my best interests at heart.  She got my house on the market and SOLD in record time, especially over the holidays and given the fact I was out of the country for 10 of those days.  She devoted her last two weekends before Christmas to holding open houses and one of those produced a contract!  She has a phenomenal amount of resources outside of traditional listing agent skill sets which she doesn't hesitate to share with her clients.  Selling my house with Kathleen was a great experience.  When it's time to sell your house, give her a call.  You cannot go wrong with Kathleen!

Jay D'Alessandro is the consummate professional who has deep knowledge of the real estate market in Northern Virginia as well as many years experience as a real estate professional. I first met Jay in 2003 when I bought my house in Fairfax; another agent from Debbie Dogrul & Associates helped me by my house at that time. Fast forward to 2016 when I wanted to sell my house and relocate out of state. I contacted Debbie Dogrul & Associates to handle the sale given my excellent experience with them when buying my house. Jay provided superlative service from the day we met to plan my house sale until the day of closing. During this time, he provided excellent advice on planning and timing for selling as well as improvements to be made to maximize the price and contractor referrals (for internal and external preparation, home staging & house cleaning) and the all important pricing. In addition, he negotiated with a difficult buyer and used his expertise to assist in everything involved in closing the sale. His expertise is backed up by the Debbie Dogrul team who provided great customer service. I highly recommend Jay to anyone planning on selling a home in Northern Virginia. Jay and his team are the best.

Kathlene Holzhauer is THE BEST. She is personable, without being intrusive. Her initiative, imagination, flexibility, and desire to do a first rate job are evident in the magic she performed for us in selling our home in Fairfax. She realized immediately what our goals were and, through her efforts, we were able to achieve them. She is a fabulous manager. She saw what needed to be done to our home and arranged for the right contactors to do quality work, on time and under budget! The photographer on her Team did a marvelous job, a true artist! Her staging of our home and the marketing of the property resulted in a sale during a "slow" period and the couple who bought our home got exactly what they were looking for. We highly recommend, without reservation, Kathlene to anyone who needs a Realtor.

This was our first house sale, and we did not know much about the procedures.  Kathleen and the Dogrul Associates exceeded all of our expectations.  Kathleen helped us in so many ways from arranging handy men to do work and companies to assist in selling and donating things.  We had a radon problem that Kathleen took actions to correct.  She assisted us in so many ways.  She was beyond kind in explaining and easing all the settlement procedures.  It was wonderful to have such a professional team working on our behalf.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Lynne, a listing agent with Dogrul Associates.   Lynne was able to provide an invaluable sales strategy, give great advice that paid off, and connected me with any other resource I needed to sell my condo.  After doing some work in the condo, my home went under contract in less than a week.  Lynne handled everything having to do with my contract and the sale.  The entire process was completed professionally and exactly as I hoped it would be.  I would highly recommend (and would use Lynne's services again) if I ever had a home to sell.  Lynne was always very professional, positive, and a true real estate expert throughout the process.
