I bought a couples toy and there was a manufacturing defect with the toy so I went back to the store to return/exchange. I showed the toy to the first employee(male) and he said he didn't feel anything wrong with it to which he throws it to the second employee (also male) and he fumbled around with it talking to me across the counter saying he couldn't see/feel anything wrong with it over and over and he kept saying he didnt think I was lying but he wouldn't exchange it.even though I had the receipt and was within their 10 day exchange period.  I was very uncomfortable though out the whole experience because its an awkward situation to begin with. So having to argue with the employee about the motor not working in the toy in front of several other customers and the other employee was down right demeaning. I ended up going back out to my car with the broken toy and called my husband to calm down. Turned the toy on and again and out of the three motors it had 2 worked 1 didnt. So I went back in and told him it wasn't working I wanted to exchange it for one that did. So again the employee argued with the me that it was fine. So I handed it to him and said feel that? And wouldn't you know it the toy was indeed malfunctioning!  eventually he ended up exchanging it for me. Overall a terrible experience. I understand a lot of people take advantage of stores and buy and return things that aren't broken. I've worked in retail my whole life so I get it, but when you are standing there and basically being called a liar on a simple exchange there is something wrong.  So I'll be taking my money and my husbands elsewhere.

I've been going here for almost 2 years now and love it. I never feel out of place or judged and the staff is very friendly and informative without being creepy. They have a great selection for being such a small store!

Friendly staff that dont look at you as a freak or pervert. Very clean place, friendy customers. Noone judges you, other customers always have tips and recommendations. Its nice to be able to ask a lady customer about a product with out that "he's hitting on me."  Feeling.
