Honestly, I would give this place 2.5 stars. The ladies who worked there were fairly nice in the way they interact with their customers, but they don't exactly go out of their way to do so. For example, I stopped in to drop off a deposit to reserve my appointments and when I asked how much it would be to do a formal hairstyle, the woman there was very blunt and almost on the verge of rudeness when I asked more questions as to why the price was so high compared to when I was told a lower price a few months before. Despite this interaction, they did go out of their way to make fairly early appointments for me, despite the fact that my appointments were outside of their normal hours, which I appreciated greatly. Even though they agreed to do this, I was told by my bridesmaids that one lady burnt her face with the curling iron, and another girl was stabbed in the head so hard from a bobby pin that she found out she had bled. I wonder if she was stabbed on purpose because that friend of mine had long hair--I've been told by another hair stylist that they do in fact shove bobby pins into people's heads harder when they have extremely long hair because it's more of a pain to put long hair into an up-do, which my friend did per my request. That is completely unacceptable...a hair stylist gets paid to do hair, not stab people because their long hair may be a bit inconvenient. I refuse to ever recommend anyone to this hair place even if they do have flexible hours for those who get married at non-traditional times.  On the plus side again, all of my bridesmaids' hair looked fantastic!  So take my review as you will...
