Not good at all nail didn't last week

I went to get a pedicure and Johnny is who I got! This guy is rude and he just made me feel uncomfortable! Not only that but I had waited FOREVER already to get it, then Johnny had to go get his son from school and just left....I then had to wait for him to return! So very unprofessional and I will not return!!! Lily nails in Fort Madison is my new place to go!!!

I used to live in Montrose. Lived there for a couple of years and went to tj nails regularly. I've never had a problem getting my nails done, until today. I went in for a mani and pedi. I was happy with the pedi until after I put my shoes on. When I took my shoes off I noticed my nails were smudged. After my experience with the mani, there was no way my pedi would be fixed. The mani was terrible. I got shellac done and the nails were sticky, smeared, and ridged. I complained to the owner and he said just don't pay for the mani. I then asked if they would fix my nails. He said no. Just don't pay. I said, "Okay, but I want my nails done right." They continued to say they wouldn't redo them. At that point, I realized I was getting nowhere and paid for the pedi and left. Again I didn't even realize the pedi was smeared until after I paid. Normally I wouldn't be so worked up and upset over a mani/pedi, but things have been very stressful lately. I am pregnant and my baby's lungs are failing. I don't know if he will survive when born. Point being is I just wanted a nice salon experience during this time. All I received was is a terrible job and an attitude from the owner.
