I'm 19 and I've been coming here for about 3 years to get wax. Jackie is the only person I let wax me, and she has never failed. Katie is pretty good too. but for waxing, ask for Jackie because she's the bomb. the prices are excellent compared to nail and waxing places in the mall. as of getting the nails done, my experience has been good. nothing too bad. just make sure you tell them exactly what you want then ask how much it is even though you already know the price just to make sure they're on the same page as you. the people that work there are constantly smelling those chemicals 5+ days a week just to please the customers. if they mess up on something, tell them and they should fix it. as long as you're not yelling at them and being ghetto and loud, you should have a good experience.

Decided to have a relaxing pedicure day with my Bestie, we got the luxury package which includes a scrub, 5 minute massage, and wax
 My pedicure was alright, she could have done a little more considering the 25 dollar bill but I was making the best of it. My friend was done first, she got very unlucky and got a girl that rushed through her pedicure in 15 minutes or less! Before the polish could dry she rushed her out the chair asking her to go pay and wait up there😲 I was left alone for the 15 minute remainder until my pedicure was finished. Like my friend I was rushed out my chair as soon as the last stroke was applied to my big toe smh!! 30 bucks  (with tip) to be told to get up is horrible customer service, it takes away from the relaxing experience. If you are coming for a quick pedicure, a design, or gel color options come here, if you've had a long week and you want to get pampered DON'T!!!! They have no intentions on making the experience a relaxing one. You are a ticket, A number, And A Profit end of story.
