HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I called today at 2:00pm a man answered. I asked him if I can schedule a appointment with Martha for highlight retouch. He said she is not taking any appointments right now. Only fist come, first serve. He told me she had a customer and it will take her 1 1/2 hrs to finish with her. So I told him that I will ne there and will wait. I got there around 2:15pm...nobody ever asked me if I needed help..so I sat down and waited for 2 hours. Martha finished with her customer. I got up thinking that I was next after being there waiting for 2 hours. A lady had just came in and Martha said she was next. Never caring that I was there waiting for so long. And took the other customer. Never again will go to this NON-PROFESSIONAL, And NON-FRIENDLY  place.
