The area was gorgeous. Watching the sun set on the lake every night was amazing. We stayed in the primitive camping area, but they have plenty of slips for RV parking and cabins for rent. Canoe and boat rentals, zip lines for the kids...fishing, or just relaxing. Bathrooms could use some renovating, but otherwise an absolutely wonderful place to make a getaway to.

Campground was very clean when I visited (Primitive camping area) including the bath house. There are a few playgrounds spread throughout the campgrounds for kids to use with swing and slides. They have some great added features such as ziplines(make sure to book in advance) and disc golf to keep you entertained during the day if you aren't feeling the lake. It's a bit more expensive then other places near by but the added features and cleanliness make it well worth the visit.

Loved the scenery. Gorgeous views and pleasant attendants. Bath houses need some work, but full electric and water. Bring a power strip and an extension cord, as each primitive site has 2 electrical outlets. Zip lining and disc golf, plus kayak rental and about 65 slips for RV camping.

Gorgeous land! Friendly staff! Lots to do! Cons: prices for activities could be steep if you don't bring your own equipment. The shower houses aren't the cleanest if you're tent camping. I'd still return without a second thought! Beautiful place!
