We had my son's Birthday party there and we're informed that we wouldn't get a party room until an hour into the party. Usually when you a book a party the room is included for the full time. I guess they can make more money that way. I also recieved attitudes from a few of the people when questioning the policy. I had nowhere to put parents and family for the first hour of the party

Had my daughter's 5th birthday party here last month. The staff was overly nice and helpful. All the kids had a wonderful time. Planning another birthday party here in March. We are regular jumpers!!

It's very clean, and there were a lot of employees making sure everyone stayed safe. It's a good place for kids.

The concept is nice; loads of trampolines indoors to play around on. There's a Ninja Warrior Challenge, a dodgeball area, a basketball area, and even a 6-and-under zone for the wee ones. Despite having employee supervision throughout the facility, teens took over the basketball area and were reluctant to relinquish it. Making it to the upstairs party room was difficult (I am disabled); employees were either too busy or just reluctant to point me towards an elevator and the stairs were too narrow to allow bi-directional traffic. The party rooms are sized for small affairs; the parties are well-run by the employees, but once the kids are at the table there's no place for the adults to sit and the party assistant has to politely climb around everyone to pass out drinks, pizza, and cake in extremely close quarters. Two very nice touches: there are monitors in each party room and sprinkled liberally around the facility so you can watch the trampoline zone without having to have a direct line of sight. They also provide grippy socks to everyone going into the bounce zone to prevent slipping. My son thought they were the neatest thing he'd ever seen and was elated when he found out you get to take them with you when you leave.

This place WOULD be a great place to go if it were not for the language in the music they played. We brought our daughter to jump for her 5th birthday and pretty much every song they played had cussing in it. I don't mind cussing but NOT with kids around. Kids repeat and I do NOT want my 5 year old cussing. We heard F**king, Ass, and Sh*t. There ARE radio edited versions of the songs that could be played instead! If they do not clean up the music that they play we WILL NOT be back! And what is so funny about it is that when you call and listen to the automative voice options it says that this is a great place for birthday parties, Church parties, & school parties. HA! THAT IS A JOKE! I would like to know who owns and operates this place.
