Their pizzas are very tasty and the prices are conservatively normal. My wife always wants the supreme pizza and those are never ready in the warmer for pickup. You have to wait 20 minutes for it to come out of the oven. But that's ok, it's what we like.Food: 4/5
Little Caesar's has a distinctive style of pizza. It was, as always, delicious. I used the app to order and pay and it kept me updated on the status of my pizza. It was ready right on time when I got there. The only thing that could have made it better is if it was free. Parking: Parking is right at the door.
I ordered on the app today at 2:30pm for a 3:45pm pickup. I walk inside at 3:45 and was told it was almost done and would be right out. They were not busy. The pizza portal was empty and had no names on the screen. I wait and was eventually told that there was a screw up and it was never made. I told the woman that I was heading into work and couldn't be late. At 4:12pm the gentleman called me back to the counter and asked what I had ordered. I show him my order info on my phone and he pulls the pizza out of the pizza portal. It's bad enough that I had to wait for 30 mins for food that should have been ready immediately. I was pretty upset that whoever made it, just stuck it into the pizza portal while I sat there patiently waiting. I don't even know how long I sat there waiting while it was ready and sitting under the warmer. My name was written on the box and the screen for the pizza portal was still blank. Not a single person apologized for the wait or seemed to care about the problem. I will not go back. I shouldn't have to be rude or get loud to get good service or an apology. The main reason why I stopped going here in the first place is because I kept having to wait after making orders online. Don't get me wrong, I understand that stuff happens and never complain if I have to wait a few minutes. If I order and pay ahead of time, I expect it to be ready promptly. They clearly don't care about my time or business so I'll just never go back.
It's Little Caesar's, you know what they have. The service has always been good here for me, the prices are better than the other places and the crust isn't a wafer-thin crunchy piece of cardboard substitute, it actually has substance and flavor without adding things or stuffing it full of cheese. Nothing wrong with those but when the kids want a plain old cheese or pepperoni pizza and your wallet is thin, you're good here. If you want great pizza, there are a couple of places I'd go that'll please an adult palate better but you're going to pay for it, too. My biggest complaint? If you're driving, online ordering isn't an option, you have to call and they don't answer the phone! It always rings busy. So you have to wait.
Can't beat the value especially in this demanding world.Food: 5/5
