I ordered online for pickup and everything was as expected. The lady at the counter was friendly and courteous and the place looked clean. There's no dine in here, and no chairs to sit if you have to wait for you food. I ordered a Detroit pizza and I have to mention that it was baked perfectly. These are thick pizzas and many places have a tendency to leave them slightly undercooked, where the dough isn't quite done in the middle. This one was done right though. Not over or undercooked. I would go here the next time I want a pizza.
What's the point in ordering online when it's gonna take almost a hour on top of the estimated wait time. Then want to catch an attitude because I don't want to wait 3 days to get my money back. Online is just as important as in-store. If not take it off
Made an online order , arrived at store only to have to wait for order. Now because I work in customer service I got what was ready and not what I ordered to help clear their lobby. Puffs looked crushed and badly made. Returned back to the store only for management to say they have to make too many of those. I will say that the cook came from the back and tried to help. Beyond that no communication, front cashier struggled alone at the front. Will not choose again.
This is the location, next to Albertsons, on Ambassador Cafferey. Food is as usual gor Little Caesars. Service could be better, if there was more than one employee working the whole store. Atmosphere is horrible.Homeless people inside and outside of store. Store smells like people are smoking drugs inside. Not sure if it's the cracked out looking manager or the homeless people. Kid-friendliness: Not friendly at all, much less kid friendly!!
It's Little Ceasers what can I say it's the cheapest pizza in town when in a pinch. Taste to cost is on point and you get what you pay for. Service is like expected from a fast food joint. Most of the time friendly and your in and out as long as you get hot and ready. Atmosphere... well you get to stand. It's a 2 foot by 12 foot waiting area. Atleast it doesn't smell bad. Not much else can be said about it.
We just brought home two unevenly cooked pizzas. They are both raw at the bottom. One is over cooked at the top. The middle of the overcooked is alright. We are heating them up in a toaster oven. That is alright for one but not the other. When a pizza is over cooked on the top; it gets burnt after re-cooking. Very dissatisfied!
Ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza with crazy bread and sauce. She did not add the crazy bread, only the sauce to the order. I had to order the crazy bread and pay for that which costed more separate tha together. The cheese pizza was burnt. Great now kids won't eat it. Waisted money and time to help with food for tonight.
Everytime I come here they never have any pizza made or they are out of a certain type of crust I went in today and the manager I guess said there would be a 2 hour wait on anything else bcuz they are only doing online orders .I will not be back to that location ever again!Food: 1/5
Placed an order over the phone and was very direct as to what my family wanted but when returning home it was completely wrong and under cooked. Ordered and extra most best with thin crust light sauce. They were nowhere busy when I arrived, the guy was nice and polite but that was it. Pizza was a regular pepperoni with extra cheese and regular crust. To top it off the center was still raw. Called back more than a half a dozen times but "No Answer". Needless to say, since we do not llive close, had to find somewhere else to purchase food for my family and my grandkids were looking farward to pizza Night. More hard earn money out of my pocket due to careless workers not paying attention.
Employees are clueless and usually treat every customer as a burden, it seems like there's no oversight, the lunatics are definitely running the Asylum thereFood: 5/5
