Pizza was 30 minutes late according to the tracker times given. After being asked SEVERAL times what my order was, they STILL didn't get it right. The crust wasn't crispy as usual and the cheese wasn't melted on the edges. The dogs enjoyed it though. Always check your order before leaving.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: No
I made a order when it was being picked up was informed they did not have the cheesey bread The employees was very rude when asked about correcting the issues so they gave another pizza and frozen brownies when we got home the dips we ordered was not there the pizzas was not correct I sent in a ticket to customer service and they have not contacted back.
Their stated business hours are that they are open until 10pm. I placed an online order at 8:25pm, and the delivery driver showed up to pick up the pizzas at 8:45–the location was CLOSED. No sign posted that they had to close early for whatever reason. Doors locked, lights off, nobody answering knocks or the phone, nobody at the drive thru…. This is the second time this has happened! The first time, I was able to get through to somebody at the store the next day, and they assured me that this is not how they operate business and that they will sometimes lock the doors, for safety reasons. That’s fine. But if you are going to be closed, you don’t need to accept orders online and take peoples money or cancel orders without notification. I gave them a year, thinking things would be better now. Everybody has bad days. But please believe, I will never, ever do business with this store again. If you decide to give them a shot, set your expectations lower than low. I have never left a bad review for anyone, but this is just ridiculous.
LOVE LOVE LOVE their deep dish pep pizzas. I get at least one a week.Food: 5/5
I don't know why but service at this location has gone down. There have been times in the middle of the day and they're closed. This Saturday when I went inside, I was told they didn't sell thin crust pizzas until after 4pm whaaaa??? and they only had sausage and pepperoni for toppings. But another customer also waiting outside said she had ordered an all meat pizza. ????? Not sure what's going on there. But definitely makes me wonder what the heck they're doing in the back.
Extremely poor service!! They don’t pick up the call most of the time. Even if they pick they say they are out of things to make pizza . If they take order they’ll take forever to do or when you reach there they say they were unable to make as they were out of ingredients. Definitely staff working there are trying to drain the place down. I experienced this multiple times hence writing the review.
Little Ceasers pizza has come a long way in the past couple of years. Never been a big fan but lately at least until last time I visited their pizza has been much better but last time it seems like the slid back a couple of years to the old way they made pizza. I'll try it again but if they keep it it the same as it was my last time it will be my last visit.
The food itself is usually a hit or miss regardless of what you pay for being cheap. Sometimes it’s freshly baked and perfect, other times it’s over baked, been sitting for an hour, or sliced with extremely different sized pieces. I know their pizzas are $6, and I’ve taken that into consideration with this review. Taking off 3 stars is due to the service and poor management. Regardless of time or business, they often never have anything already ready, contrary to their “hot and ready” slogan. I frequently will go on my way home and ask if either a cheese or pepperoni is ready, and more times than not I’m disappointed. This location also doesn’t follow the hours on the website. They close as much as an hour early at times. I don’t expect Chic-Fil-A level of customer service, but employees here give off the impression that you’re a burden on them for ordering. I’ve since switched to ordering Dominos online for pickup $2 more and I can’t be happier.
The rudest most unorganized thing I’ve seen in awhile, I tried calling in the order but they don’t answer the phone here. I had plenty of time to watch them ignore plenty of other peoples phone calls because they had to remake my pizza after loosing it. No one in a uniform and everyone on their personal phones though. Goodness they made their job look hard when they were actually working. My pizza wasn’t right when it was done but I didn’t want to wait any longer.
Pizza is always good but wished they had more staff. The ones that do work are very good at what they do.
