I went to this establishment with my family for dinner Friday night and as soon as I walked in the manager who was at that cashier spot didn’t even recognize us, she waited 30 sec with her head down on her PHONE before she even acknowledged us, not only that she had an attitude to me and also my family and was completely RUDE! I will never eat there again! Marcos needs better management ASAP!

Update to last review - 10/16/2021 Ordered a calzone and meatball sub for delivery - showed up fast but calzone was raw and doughy and the vegetables inside were look warm and still crunchy aka raw. We regularly order pizza from Marcos and always enjoy the pizza - however with this issue - the phone was answered by a rude girl - and we were put on hold for … 25 mins and counting.. - called back on a second line twice and was hung up on twice! if this is the level of customer service we can expect from Marcos - our money would be well spent elsewhere.. disappointed to say the least.. Original Review. Food is always quick and hot and done as ordered.. delicious!

This place is so under rated. Way better than the food downtown. Cleaning friendly environment, staff was patient, helpful, and attentive. The food is made to order fresh and the way real pizza should be
They asked me for my name and number. And came to my job with a totally different name. I was working out back. Almost 3 hours later. No pizza. And they are not answering their phone. Spent almost 40 on a pizza and wings
The food was great. As far as out a 1-10 I give it a 8. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is when I walked in two of the employees were just looking at phones and did not bother with greeting. To the guy and the girl making the pizzas. They were working hard non stop. Over all not a bad place to eat. If I had one tip to give the owner. Tell the employees to put the phones away.
I've ordered many times and been delighted each time! As a former pizza place manager I know how hard it can be to maintain consistency, and there's folks knock it out of the park!
Used to love pizza but ever since I've lost my teeth it's extremely hard to eat. But I still give it a go.
