I tried to place an online pickup order 40 minutes before closing in Hobart, IN. Unfortunately, the computer said online ordering was not available at that location. My husband went to the store and called me at 10:40 pm to tell me the store said they were no longer taking in-store orders but you could still order online. We tried again to order online after telling the manager that the online system said we could not order. Finally, the online order system said there was not enough time to complete my order and I could order for tomorrow. Why would the manager refuse to service a customer 20 minutes before closing? The store knows that the online system shuts down at a certain time and this is why we were told to order online because we would be forced to not be serviced. I would like to be contacted about this issue.
Staff is very over worked. The food was burnt, and had to wait 40 minutes for replacement. Not enough associates for the demand.Food: 1/5
Dashers and delivery customers. Dashers, do not accept any orders from here. Customers, do not order delivery from here. They contract out to DoorDash. They have 1 to 3 employees with no hope of ever fulfilling your order on time or at all. They will be an hour behind with one employee and they will keep taking orders. Because DoorDash will pay them either way.
Ordered over the phone, told the guy my order 3 or 4 times, come in and my order is wrong. Then, they make me wait another 30 mins to get my order. They need more people working here. It is way to busy to have 2 people doing everything.
90% of the time they have no hot and readies made lunch combos, 4 to 8 specials, extra moist, ect. Always told it will be 10-20 minute wait. How is it hot and ready if you are waiting for it to made?
Brandy the manager who said she was gm first told me I couldn't place order she was busy. I placed 5 hrs ahead because it was a large order. When I asked someone to go get it for me brandy asked if she was lady on phone she said no and then announced in front of 10 people waiting that the reason thier orders where late was because of my order. I called today and she wouldn't give me corporates number.
Went in to order and told the girl what I wanted. She was on her phone walked in the back and asked someone else to take my order. Then he tells me it will take 30 minutes. I said no and walked out. Always long wait times here and had problems in the past. I won't even come back.
I understand that there are staffing issues in the country right now but you could at least train your employees to acknowledge a customer when they walk in. There's a bell on the door for a reason. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to even be spoken to. The store wasn't even busy. It's especially frustrating for delivery drivers who could be better spending their time picking up orders from places that will acknowledge them when they walk in.
Nothing here was Hot-n-Ready as Little Caesars advertised. Ordered Hot-N-Ready items and waited for ~20 mins before they had my order complete. They were notifying people of how long the wait was and about half were walking out. What I noticed while I waited, was how dirty this place was! Grime in all the corners and around food prep areas on the floors. Move your equipment when you clean, that's gross. None of the cooks in the back were wearing any food prep gloves. It might be normal with this type of cooking so I won't comment here, but it didn't look sanitary.
I was charged for the extra most bestest pepperoni but the lady grabbed the regular pepperoni. I didn't realize this until I got home and noticed it was the wrong one. Plus the extra most bestest is usually in a different box. They usually make it on the spot because the extra most bestest pizza is rarely ever in the warmer. So disappointed!
