It’s ridiculous that you have to be pulled up for 20 mins for McDouble bundles . Then you have to park next to people eating their food . I don’t understand why you don’t have burgers and fries ready it’s kind of common sense that people are going to order burgers and fries . I can understand a fish or large orders .
It was great coffee was fantastic call Barry went dead and I had to get someone to jump my vehicle. It'd be nice if you had jumper cables at the restaurant.Food: 3/5
This McDonald's is terrible. This Isnt the first time but They constantly get the orders wrong I would say 80% of the time. I ordered a DELUXE chicken sandwich and got a small cheeseburger looking thing on bread for $8+ of course got that order wrong too. Very very small sandwiches, nothing like before. Beware because the same owner owns about 4 of them in Portage and Hobart, IN. So I imagine it'll be the same throughout all restaurants. 2thumbs down for Itty bitty sandwiches and wrong orders and PRICEY cheap food. Features: They truthfully don't care and never did about the covid safety, all they wanted was to cut back on workers and get cheaper labor force. So you'll be just fine walking in to purchase your food with no mask or safety procedures in place.
Dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been in. Not one clean table in the entire dining area. Garbage was overflowing. Decided it was safer to use the bathroom at the gas station next door. Will NEVER go back!!Food: 1/5
If I could give them zero stars I would. Like everyone else has mentioned, the wait time is ridiculous. They need to retrain their employees who are extremely rude and disrespectful. I used to wonder why they had a 3.7 review rate, but now I do not have to wonder about that anymore.
This seems to be one of the best McDonalds in the area. I have been going to this particular one for years and it seems they strive for good service and a clean establishment. My only complaint is it gets too busy now, bad for me but good for them.
Customer service was the best I have had in a long time, Food was fresh and warm
Took 10 mins to get the order I placed on the App. Took 5 mins to get their attention off the drive thru screen. I ordered a Large Sugar Free Latte. 1st they made it small. Then they made a Large Ice coffee and at the end they gave me a medium Latte. I left with it because I couldn't wait more. Got to the car drove away and I didn't have a straw in my bag. Need to pay better attention to what they are doing.
Food was good this time around. As long as they take their time and make things fresh there is no problems with the food.Food: 4/5
They need to check there to go orders to be sure they are correct without shorting the customer. They're always willing to make up to air but I'm not going to drive 10 miles each direction when it was their faultFood: 5/5
