This is supposed to be a deep dish pizza it’s sad! Don’t waste your money
Ordered my pizzas, was told 15 minute wait. Come back almost 20 minutes later and the girl behind the counter who couldn’t speak English tried to explain she didn’t know who I was and why was I asking for my order with the name Anthony when it wasn’t even my order… funny things is she was the person who originally took my order‍ Manager comes out, who can barely speak any better English than her and explains my entire order was given to someone else and that I would have to wait another 20-30 minutes just to get my order or I can be refunded. I choose just to get two pizzas and she said I can charge you for one due to the inconvenience. Okay, give me three and charge me for two. Apparently, that was the tipping point. “No I can’t do that”. Hell, I even explained it to her in Spanish and she still argued that she couldn’t do that. Then, the girl that couldn’t hardly speak any English suddenly developed enough courage to tell me in English that I was being difficult and that it wasn’t their problem… LOL To which I replied in Spanish that maybe had she paid attention to what she was doing, she would not have given away my entire order to someone else who was not named Anthony. the manager admitted that is exactly what this girl did‍ Long story short: language barriers coupled with young kids managing even younger kids with an attitude issue sure makes for fresh and tasty ingredients that will service this part of Kissimmee really well, Little Ceasars… Your location’s a joke with the people you staff it with.
This location has habitually struggled with understaffing, low on hand inventory, long waits, and untrained staff, but the food is consistently good, so I've dealt with the rest. I was pretty frustrated today though, because they have all these printed signs up advertising a breadstick deal. It clearly says 2 for $5, no sauce, or 2 for $6 with sauce. The employee rings it up, I pay, and the receipt shows separate charges with $5 for bread sticks and $1.60 for sauce, which is full price. I showed him the receipt and said it was charged incorrectly and he just shrugged his shoulders and said that's how he has to ring it up. I said I got the deal because it advertised a discount and he said if I wanted a refund it would take a week. I felt really gaslit and dismissed over something silly, but valid. They charged more than advertised. I suggested they take down the false advertising if they did not have a way of ringing it up correctly and he looked at me like I was crazy. Then his coworker said something in another language and he just hands me a free sauce to placate me? So I just left. I guess I'll go back to Dominoes.
I always buy the same pizza the bestest and they always put a lot of peperoni but today they decide to not put peperoni in the peperoni pizza I am very upset because I've peperoni very disappointed
Didn't answer the phone for over 2 hours. I ordered a LG pepperoni and an Edge to Edge for the extra price obviously. They forgot the edge to Edge, the refund and any apology. Very unsatisfactory.
I placed a order online they never sent my 2 liter soda they messed up my order of wings the pizze was cold when it arrived smh not ordering from them again and I left a good tip for the driver

Horrible service. I went in yesterday around 7:30pm, I was trying to order and the apple pay wasn't working. The lady employee in the cashier was on her phone. While I am waiting for her to touch the screen so I can try the apple pay again, she took her whole phone out and took a selfie in my face. So unprofessional. Throughout the time I was there she continued to take phone calls in front of people, literally holding her phone out. No airpods or anything to at least make it less obvious. I was in the store for almost an hour & she had multiple conversations on her phone in front of every customer at the cashier. I hope the district manager goes into the cameras to check and see how all her employees use their phone. I didn't call the manager because I saw her in the back also using her phone. They didn't even cut the pizza all the way, I had to use my own pizza cutter at home & the Cheese sticks were not fully cooked I can see the dough. It was my first & last time ordering there. If I can give 0 stars I would, I have never had someone use their phones freely in my face, better YET take a selfie. I wish I would have asked for the employees name, but the cameras can catch all of that. I really hope the district manager reads the google reviews and takes action.
This is my go to place when it is late at night and need a quick snack fix. How great is it to buy a ready to go cheese or pepperoni pizza in 5 minutes for $7! No eat ins and plenty of other things on the menu if you can wait. The parking lot is not well lit so I do not go alone.
This Little Caesars messed up my order more than once I will never come back here again my last experience here the other day I had a pizza hot and ready that was more like burnt and overdone and expired. I went back cuz I was so upset of what they served me I wouldn't even serve it to my dog and their general manager didn't help the situation at all. I expressed my complaints she never express an apology didn't show no sympathy if anything she investigated me if I really was there to purchase a $5 Pizza. This place is horrible they do not take pride in what they serve and I get that it's a fast food pizza place but still you should have some pride in what you serve to the public. Save your money don't waste your time and do not come to this Little Caesars. If I could give it negative Stars I would but I couldn't so it's only getting a one and they don't even deserve that
