This pizza was hardly edible, I ordered a mushroom pizza and barely got a hand full of mushrooms on my pizza along with a tiny dash of pizza sauce ..it’s a simple pizza, how hard could it be? Apparently really hard for these workers! also I ordered a “Call Duty” pizza that was also terrible and lacking pizza sauce and toppings and they gave me a Sierra Mist instead of a Mountain Dew & no dipping sauce. This place should seriously just go out of business, they are an absolute embarrassment for the “Little Caesar’s”franchise.

Received my order & it was nice & hot.  The cashier came right up, once she saw me waiting.

I ordered a ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni but received a regular Pepperoni. I’ve never had a issue before. It only takes 1 time to mess up, check your order make sure you get what you pay for.

I ordered the extramostbestest pepperoni pizza but when I picked it up it was thin crust. I wanted to speak with a manager but they were to busy to speak with me. I will not buy from little casesars again.

Never again. I went up there for the first time after living in this neighborhood for 10 years to try something new. I waited 30 minutes for two hot and ready's. As I'm waiting with everybody else I look in the back and see two of the guys making the pizzas with their pants sagging down around their knees as they are making the pizzas. They literally have their junk hanging out over the pizzas while they are making them. I canceled my order and went to Domino's. Something needs to change at this place.

I just stood in line for 40 minutes waiting to even be helped to get an order my husband placed online and should have been ready when I walked through the door. There were also people in front of me who had waited 2 hours for their online order and over an hour for a walk in order. There was also a guy waiting to be helped to pick up a door dash order for over 45 minutes, so if y'all get a bad score from them, that's why. There was no one at the front counter and people who walked in and ordered walked out with their food less than 5 minutes later. Whatever level of management that is in charge of reading these reviews, I would appreciate someone reaching out because this whole experience was ridiculous.

The workers will ignore you, once I waited 45 min for a online order for one basic cheese pizza. Few times my order was ready yet they didn’t put it in the portal. Also the workers ignore you or simply don’t care. Had a dude sit on his phone watching a video while I was patiently waiting at the counter, he didn’t care at all. Horrible costumer service, I am not asking for much. Shouldn’t take 35 min for a cheese pizza that I placed an order for online.

Picked up a cheese hot n ready on yesterday because I was in the area. Good service, clean facility, but I'm still shocked at how horrible the pizza was!!! It was so bland and dry! Literally tasted like bread and cheese with no flavor! A very small amount of tomato sauce was only located by the crust. And when you're in the mood, you want to enjoy your food. Like... why?  I added pictures. I was at a stop sign close to my home which is the only reason I didn't go back for a refund.

Tonight was a little rough for the 5 people that were working. I waited an hour for my order. But needless to say the workers were calm, professional and patient with all the impatient customers who were frustrated.  Great Customer Service. It's Halloween weekend what do u expect?

People left because they took WAYYYYY to long. 3 young black ladies just talking like crazy in the back not taking peoples orders . Waited 30 min for a hot and ready?!? Do better.
