The staff was friendly and service was fast. Sandwich was good but not spectacular. A decent option for a sandwich.
The food was great, customer service was okay, but the price was too pricey for my taste.
Great sandwich place the turkey club was delicious I definitely recommend the turkey club this place is way better than Subway the bacon is probably the best bacon I've ever had a sandwich shop and the people that work there were nice and friendly

It’s a sandwich shop and while the decor gives the place character the food isn’t anything special. A fairly limited choice of items when compared to other chains with lower prices or larger selections. Not good not bad, just an average sandwich shop.
First time here and I had the Italian sandwich with a cup of chicken pot pie. And it was really good both the sandwich and the chicken pot pie... the only thing I wish they would have gave me the option of toasted or not toasted because they automatically toasted the sandwich and they're Italian BMT doesn't have as much meat on it as Jersey Mike's... But everything else it was great.
People are very nice. 5 star service. The food is just gross, Mac & cheese is bad tasting.
Customer Service was not great. The cashier had an obvious attitude when I asked for separate bags for 4 different orders. I told her "thank you" and she replied with an "uh huh." I asked if the snacks were already in the bags for the kids meals and she stated "yes." One order was incomplete after I checked. I told her "thank you" after she gave me the missing snack and she replied with an "uh huh" again. A "you're welcome" or "have a nice night" is the appropriate response. I not only pay for a fresh meal, I pay for people to be courteous at the least.
Good sandwiches but for the price I would rather go to subway or firehouse. Their are no kids meals or combos so you pay for each individual item you get which is unreasonable for a family that just wants a quick bite but like I said the sandwiches are good just not worth the price.
Good sandwhich. Doesn't hurt that they have voodoo heat zapps chips best ever. I had the Italian, seen in the picture, and it's good. Better than Subway for sure. Prices for large sandwhiches are in line with other sub places, and you could split the meal up into 2 meals if you wanted to. My kiddo loves the smoothies, probably because they come with a cookie, but those are pretty good, too. Their new roast beef sandwhich was also pretty good, but if you don't like horseradish make sure to get regular mayo. Good place. Good job, guys.
