The manager is rude, speaks to the employees in front of the customer in a rude, sarcastic manner. I was waiting for assistance, and an employee yells to another employee that u was waiting, and than the manager, a male, yells out that she's busy. Overall, the times I've gone, for the most part, they are unprofessional, and many times the pizza isn't great. I guess the pizza reflects off their personality.

They can't label their pizzas correctly so I had to drive back to pick up the correct pizza. Wings are ok. Deep dish pizza is kinda chewy.... Would not recommend anyone try the deep dish.

The service here is always hit and miss. Sometimes the service and pizza is great and sometimes it just isnt. Everyone that works here always seems so stressed and in a bad mood. I've never had an employee smile. Ever. I almost feel bad that I'm even ordering from them. But yet again this the same thing at every single lil cesars I've ever been to its kinda sad. Overall pizza is pretty tasty. I prefer the deep dish pizza from here. I don't wanna give this place a bad review but maybe the employees need to be treated better or they need to act like they wanna be there and not seem annoyed when someone walks in. Like I said . The ambiance in here is the same at every single lil cesars I've ever been To howe've I keep.coming back because it's cheap. And overall taste. I prefer their pizza over dominoes or even pizza hut.

Don't waste your time and money !! They don't have order ready ,ordered over the phone and still have to wait 30 min
