The pizza's are always 25% to 35% covered in huge air bubbles with no toppings. I called the manager he stated "the only way that would happen is if employees didn't do their job" that was 3 weeks ago. I still can't get a pizza that isn't 35% air bubbles. I stopped going there. This location is lazy and refuses to fix the problem. If you go there make sure you open the box before you leave. The other locations don't have this problem

So I've been to this Little Caesars twice in the past two weeks, and each time I have had to wait more than 15+ minutes for my "Hot and Ready" pepperoni. I'm...eh with that. I mean, I can live with it. Whatever. But what I can't live with: There was a woman who spoke very little English who came in just before me and asked for two pepperoni pizza. The person at the counter kept referring to them as "Pepp" so that the person couldn't understand what was saying, and then the person at the counter started to get audibly and physically frustrated. I actually had to step and and as the person "Ma'am, do you want two pepperoni pizzas?" And then point out to the customer service person that they had two available. That was ridiculous and shameful, and it was clear that the woman trying to order the pizza was very embarrassed, and the customer service person gave me a look that clear said that that she was annoyed by my presence. This took place 7/13 between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. This should never, ever happen.

Don't know what the heck is going on with this location recently. Last two times I've come I've had to wait 20 minutes for my "hot and ready" pizza. I also don't need super cheerful staff, but these guys are walking around hating the world and obviously fighting among themselves. I've come to this location for awhile and only recently started seeing these issues. If I'm going to wait this long anyways, I'll go down the street to somewhere with a bigger menu. Most of the appeal of this place is that it's in and out.

Awful cold no toppings part of pizza literally had no cheese we will not be going back to alpine Little Caesar's
